We offer a trial period for our SaaS products to ensure that they meet your needs. During the trial period, you can evaluate the product, and no payment will be required. Refunds may be granted under special circumstances, at our discretion, if the product does not function as described, and if the issue cannot be resolved in a reasonable time. If eligible, refund will be initiated to the original payment mode with in 3-5 days.
Please note that refunds will not be provided for custom software products or services. Once the custom development project is started, we commit to delivering the agreed-upon solutions as per the project requirements.
